What can I even say ? Awesome communication, quick handling of issues, great business, They care about customers.

Had first bag unattach at strap. One simple email with photos & THEY REPLACED IT, so freakin fast too ! They even sent free return shipping for old bag. New design is absolutely beautiful, They've perfected some flaws from the old which i love & it's beautifully modernised. I will always be buying my products from here now, Which I plan to very soon as they have such a lovely range of PU & Real leather products.

Other then that they are an awesome business who really care for their customers. They honestly shine at how awesome & simple communication was. I wish I could give 10 stars but it's limited to five.
