Get peace of mind by purchasing this insurance cover. This insurance covers you for any damage, breakage, or faults your sunglasses may have. We will repair, replace any damaged sunglasses. We want you to have the peace of mind of knowing that you are covered. 

To qualify you have to have your original order number and your sunglasses can not be more than 12 months old from the day of purchase.

You would of had to purchase the insurance cover. 

Send the glasses back to us to inspect and repair or replace.

You must cover the cost of the return but we will cover the cost of sending you the repaired/replaced pair. If you purchase multiple products this insurance cover automatically will only cover the highest value item purchased pair. You will need to purchase multiple insurance covers to claim all pairs under 1 order. 

If the pair you have purchased is out of stock , You can choose a pair of equal value that is in stock.

Shipping Policy 2022

Hi, like most people we have all been affected by Covid in some way. Recent decisions to close boarders have created many issues to businesses including ours.  We currently use Auspost to ship our products to NZ. Shipping within Australia is between 5 to 7 days. However there are still some slight delays worldwide.

We are always looking at improving servicing our NZ customers and are in the pipeline to streamline express shipping to NZ in the coming future. We are also looking to improve shipping times to our customers in the U.S.A so please keep an eye out and we thank you for your patience.

All standard shipping to Australia is $10.95, express is $13.50.

Standard shipping to NZ $13.50.

Spend over $150 in Australia and your shipping is free.

Spend over $180 in NZ and your shipping is free. 

All orders are subject to additional import taxes and charges in your own particular country. These extra costs will need to be paid by you the customer. This can be sorted by your local customs authorities. 

We do not accept returns due to change of mind. All returns will incur a restock charge and packing charge of $10 per unit. How ever we do help exchange your pairs. Any damage to your eyewear let us know so we can help rectify the issue. We thrive to provide excellent service so please let us know how we can improve our services.
