We are always looking at improving servicing our NZ customers and are in the pipeline to streamline express shipping to NZ in the coming future.
It takes upto 24 hour to pack orders. If orders are received on a Friday after 2pm they will be packed and sent the following Monday. If ordered on a public holiday the orders will be packed on the next business day.
During Christmas 2025 the warehouse will be shut down from the 19th Dec to the 5th Jan 2026. All the back log of orders will be sent on the next business day.
We use many shipping providers and it can take upto 3 to 4 days to receive your orders.
Mean as quality
Positive packaging came in a nice safe box and not a bag so the hats didn't bend in transit.
The hat itself is good quality and have had alot of good comments while wearing it. But a negative is the strap around it has already fallen off, it's not a big deal and I can stick it back on but when the hats are worth $89 maybe that's just something to improve in the production process.
Although customer service team are very good and replied back to my email very quickly and sorted it out.

I love the colour Olive. 🫒 Beautiful maori design. Got a size 61cm and its abit too big on me but nemind Ive worn it out afew times, and the hat compliments any outfits you wear. It feels nice. It's gorgeous, I absolutely love it!!! Have gotten heaps of compliments.
