Refund policy

Returns 
Our policy lasts 90 days from date your package has been delivered. 
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be: 
- unused 
- in the same condition that you received it 
- in the original packaging with tags on
- have a receipt as proof of purchase

Store credit refund (if applicable)
Store credit applies to but is not limited to the following:
- change of mind purchases
- exchanges for any reason
- full price items only ('final sale' items cannot be refunded)
Store credit will be given in the form of a voucher code sent to you by email. To be eligible for store credit refunds, the 'Returns' criteria must be met. Store credit does not include shipping. Once your item/s have been received and inspected you will be notified by email of your approval or rejection of store credit.

Exchanges  (if applicable)
We offer exchanges for size, colour and/or an item of the same value. Where the size/colour/item requested is out of stock, you will be given store credit or a refund.  We do not offer free returns for exchanges. Once the return has been received and inspected you will be notified by email of the approval or rejection. If approved you will receive a new order # and a shipping invoice to be paid for your exchange items to be sent.

Refunds (if eligible)
Refunds will only be given for faulty or damaged goods. In the case where an item you have ordered is out of stock, a refund will be processed and you'll receive an email advising the reason for the refund. 
Please note, there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): 
- any item not in its original condition 
- damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.  
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after date of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of either the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, your refund will be processed back to the original form of payment. Depending on your bank this can take upto 10 busines days or more. If you have paid through afterpay, the refund will go to afterpay and afterpay will then process the refund back to you.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded for store credit. Unfortunately 'final sale' items are final and cannot be returned for store credit or refund.

Gifts vouchers:
Gift voucher purchased items can be returned for store credit and/or exchanges, unless the item for exchange is out of stock. Where an item is out of stock, store credit will be given. If the item received was damaged of faulty and the receiver does not want a replacement, a refund will be applied back to the original form of payment used for the gift and/or voucher. If the original form of payment is to a giver of the gift and you are the receiver of thr gift and/or voucher, it is not our responsibilty to chase up that refund to be gifted back to you. It is your responsibility to communicate with the giver of the gift and seek compensation from them.

Shipping 
You will be responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges, change of mind purchases or any other reason besides a faulty or damaged return. If you receive a store credit the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We recommend using a trackable or purchasing shipping insurance for all returns as we will not be responsible for any item/s returned that do not reach us. It is also your responsibility to chase up any return not delivered to us, by contacting the company/shipping/courier service you used for your return.
