Shipping policy
We have our Brisbane Australian warehouse and a NZ warehouse. Where applicable most items will be shipped from your country of residence except where items are out of stock. For those outside of the above mentioned countries, your item will be shipped from either warehouse and in some cases both, depending on the items in your order. In some cases you may receive multiple tracking numbers for your order. In the first instance we try to send the entirety of the order however, where orders need to be split and sent from both warehouses you will receive more than one tracking number. If your order contains a pre order item then it eill not be shipped until the pre order is in stock ready to ship. Standard and express shipping with or withour signiture on delivery is offered. Please note thar express shipping does not mean your package is express packed immediately after you order. The express shipping applies to the courier service and amount of days it takes ro get to you after being collected from the warehouse.
If you want to exchange an item or if you have changed your mind you will need to cover the return postage to return the item. If there is any damage please register the damage with the shipping provider so we can lodge a claim and resend you items to cover what you received. Where these items are out of stock you will be offered store credit or a refund.
We do not take responsibility for loss of packages if the address was incorrectly entered in your order at check out. When a product is returned due to not being collected from your local post office the shipping fee will need to be paid again so it can be resent. Where it is returned due to ripped label or we have labelled the package incorrectly, the shipping will be covered by us. For any concerns please contact us at leyesandco@gmail.com
