We are always looking at improving servicing our NZ customers and are in the pipeline to streamline express shipping to NZ in the coming future.
It takes upto 24 hour to pack orders. If orders are received on a Friday after 2pm they will be packed and sent the following Monday. If ordered on a public holiday the orders will be packed on the next business day.
During Christmas 2025 the warehouse will be shut down from the 19th Dec to the 5th Jan 2026. All the back log of orders will be sent on the next business day.
We use many shipping providers and it can take upto 3 to 4 days to receive your orders.
It's beautiful and can only fit tablet in it, I thought i might be able to place a book in iswell save me carrying multiple bags but I still love it, and the time it took to get to my address was over a month and if I did not email to follow up I guess I would still be waiting for it.
I have purchased a few bags and the small sports one is good size but too many pockets inside big part of bag blocking easy in and outs of phones cards etc is frustrating koz it always get jammed
I brought glasses last Xmas or before and tried to email you but no response about the glasses gold band circle thing falling off after 2 wears, they were really nice glasses but just no communication was the burden, I have noted on my mates glasses is the same thing also with gold thing coming off. I'm tryna hate as I love nearly all the items I have purchased I just dislike lack of communications iv had since I brought the first item
This peke arrived in pristine condition, however, I thought this peke was real leather and not leather. I would like to return it please.

The bag is absolutely fantastic would love it if it was slightly bigger as my tablet doesn't fit in the intended part but it does fit in the main compartment so overall doesn't affect it. Love love this product
Our laptop fits perfect, with plenty of room for accessories i.e. charger, and mouse. The leather is strong and the design is unique and stunning, to top it off, the black compliments the peke. The strap is strong and unique. My husband loves his peke.
I am currently in a back in forth email with L.Eyes if they get back to me (terrible communication).The bag has been perfect for university however the bag strap part is obviously cheap and has broken.For me the bag is unusable now because I cannot comfortably hold it around for a long day without the strap on it.
